De Backman-Hoyle is a professional speaker and corporate facilitator.
De is a very passionate woman when it comes to understanding and valuing people potential. Her postgraduate qualifications are in the fields of Innovation and Enterprise as well as Organisational Dynamics from Swinburne University.
She has studied the melding together of professional and personal development and believes there is a place for both corporately.
Having held senior management positions she understands the vast chasm between theoretical idealism and practical application and has scar tissue to show and share for her applications.
De has delivered programs at both a postgraduate level as well as to senior to middle managers for varied organisations. Her facilitation has allowed her to travel internationally plus design and develop national programs.
De Backman-Hoyle has been accredited with the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation, which is the speaking profession’s international measure of professional platform skill. CSP is conferred by the US-based National Speakers Association and by the National Speakers Association of Australia only on those who have earned it by meeting strict criteria.
