De Backman-Hoyle is a Certified Speaking Professional and corporate facilitator.
De is a very passionate woman when it comes to understanding and valuing people potential. Her postgraduate qualifications are in the fields of Innovation and Enterprise as well as Organisational Dynamics from Swinburne University.
She has studied the melding together of professional and personal development and believes there is a place for both corporately.
Having held senior management positions she understands the vast chasm between theoretical idealism and practical application and has scar tissue to show and share for her applications.
De has delivered programs at both a postgraduate level as well as to senior to middle managers for varied organisations. Her facilitation has allowed her to travel internationally plus design and develop national programs.
Anita Rigoni
Anita has enjoyed a diverse career in Medical & Forensic Science, Human Resources and Senior Management in both the public and private sectors across Australia and the UK.
Anita is an experienced corporate consultant, facilitator and engaging presenter. Her experience working within and consulting to organisations spans more than two decades. Anita’s approach to consulting draws on contemporary and leading edge theory but remains firmly grounded by his real-world commercial experience. Her style is to bring energy and enthusiasm along with proven frameworks and disciplined process to the teams and individuals with which she works so that they can successfully lead more dynamically and creatively, often in organisational contexts of considerable turmoil, ambiguity and conflict. Maggie has been involved in learning and education for 25 years and has a commitment and passion for providing high-level business outcomes.

Teresa Hetherington is a qualified professional with 15 years experience in the Learning and Development/Human Resources field. Her career to date has seen her working successfully in areas as diverse as top 4 professional services firms, banking and finance, to mining, petroleum, car manufacturers, community groups, local government and retail companies.
Teresa believes that effective business growth occurs when individual needs and business objectives are met. She believes in the importance of establishing and nurturing relationships and understanding “the way we do things around here”.

Michele has a blue ribbon training reputation that is well known in Australia and overseas. With over 20 years in the business, her particular emphasis is on the motor trade industry and she brings many years of extensive training & development experience to the table in this arena.
